How much is Pro?
Pro is £29 per month. Pay for a year up front and it is £290 — two months free, saving £58 a year.
What is the Nightingale bundle discount?
Subscribe to three or more Nightingale applications and you get 20% off your qualifying recurring subscription charges, including Formermize Pro.
How do the yearly and bundle discounts combine?
The yearly price is applied first, then the 20% bundle discount comes off that discounted amount. Pro on a yearly plan inside a three-app bundle is £232 a year — £19.33 a month.
Is Starter really free?
Yes. Starter is free forever, with no card required, and includes the full builder within its allowances.
What does Enterprise cost?
Enterprise is priced to your estate — allowances, governance requirements and support levels vary. Talk to the Nightingale team for a quote.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. Change your billing cycle in the Nightingale Admin Centre; the change takes effect from your next renewal and your forms and submissions are untouched.
What happens if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Existing forms and submissions are kept — only new activity beyond the smaller allowance is blocked.
Do prices include VAT?
No. All prices are shown excluding VAT, which is added at checkout where applicable.
